Putting the right people in jobs and helping our client employers with employment matters is pretty much all we do.
+ TRANS DATABASE
We maintain an extensive database of jobseekers looking exclusively for work within remote Australian Aboriginal communities and organisations. Employers can request for us to search, using their criteria, for appropriately experienced and motivated workers.
We distribute a periodic list of positions which employers have lodged with us for a variety of reasons - employment policy, paid advertising, and sometimes we'll feel that we need to complement the list of workers we have on our database due to the criteria laid down by the employer.

Every job added to the Trans website is added to our RSS/XML feed. Jobseekers can be notified instantly the moment a vacancy becomes available.

+ PRINT MEDIA ADVERTISING
We sometimes advertise positions in major newspapers and publications at the request of the employer. Often it's a requirement to satisfy employment policy and funding conditions.
+ JOB DESCRIPTIONS, CONTRACTS AND ADMIN SERVICES
We're regularly asked to compose or review job descriptions on behalf of the employer. Sometimes we're called upon to deliver other services which can include on-site interviews, making travel arrangements for interviewees and new employees, and probation assessments.
